Welcome to Business Setup Company. By accessing our website or engaging our business consultancy services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Business Setup Company is a private management consultancy firm. We act as facilitators and advisors for business setup in Saudi Arabia.

Important Disclaimer: We are NOT a government entity. While we facilitate applications to MISA, Ministry of Commerce, and other bodies, the final approval authority lies solely with the respective government ministries.

2. Client Obligations

To ensure successful service delivery, the Client agrees to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and authentic documentation (e.g., Passports, CRs, Power of Attorney).
  • Disclose any legal impediments or prior bans in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
  • Respond to information requests in a timely manner. Delays by the client may result in project delays or penalties from government bodies.

3. Fees and Payments

Our fee structure is transparent and divided into two categories:

  • Professional Fees: Payment for Business Setup Company’s time, expertise, and labor.
  • Government Fees: Charges levied by MISA, MoC, ZATCA, etc. These are paid at actuals.

Refund Policy: Professional fees are non-refundable once work has commenced. Government fees paid on behalf of the client are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances.

4. Limitation of Liability

Business Setup Company shall not be liable for:

  • Rejection of licenses or visas by Saudi government authorities due to security reasons or policy changes.
  • Delays caused by government system outages or new regulatory requirements introduced mid-process.
  • Loss of profits or business opportunities arising from setup delays.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and guides, is the property of Business Setup Company and is protected by Saudi Intellectual Property laws. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Riyadh.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
