The government fee for a Main CR is 200 SAR per year + Chamber of Commerce fees (typically 2000 SAR for Class 1 companies). Fees are paid annually or up to 5 years in advance.
Yes. You can amend your CR to add new ISIC activities. However, for foreign companies, your MISA license must be amended *first* to include the new activity before the CR can be updated.
