Saber is the mandatory electronic platform for registering products (Import/Local). Before importing goods, you must issue a Certificate of Conformity (CoC) via Saber to clear customs.
Technically, yes, for certain E-commerce activities. However, to open a corporate bank account and issue visas, you generally need a National Address (National Address Proof), which requires a physical or specialized virtual office.
Company formation (MISA + CR) takes about 2 weeks. However, getting ready to trade (Customs Code, Bank Account, Saber registration) can take an additional 2-4 weeks.
