Common Confusions
MISA is just the “permission slip” for foreigners. The CR is the actual legal entity that can sign contracts, rent office space, and hire employees.
No. For foreign companies, the Ministry of Commerce system is linked to MISA. If your MISA license expires, your CR is automatically blocked.
You must use ISIC 4 codes. The activity on your MISA license must MATCH the activity on your CR exactly, or the system will reject the application.
