You cannot appoint a “Ghost Manager.” The General Manager listed on your CR must hold a Valid Residency (Iqama) and receive a salary via the Wage Protection System (WPS) to keep your bank account active.

The 3 Pillars of a Legal GM
To avoid your bank account being frozen, your GM must meet these three non-negotiable criteria.
1. Valid Residency
The GM must be a Saudi National, a GCC National, or a Foreigner with a valid Iqama under the company’s sponsorship.
2. Active Contract
There must be a digital employment contract registered on the Qiwa platform, defining the role and salary.
3. WPS Payment
Salary must be transferred from corporate bank to personal account. Cash is illegal.
